Colorful Buildings (critique)

I took some photos in an area with lots of colors and these are a few of my favorites. Let me know what you guys think!

I see the theme here. Perhaps oddly, I am drawn to #1 more, even though the two walls are the same color, they are differentiated by the values imposed by the light. I think a simpler composition is often the more powerful.

This theme of yours should be continued to get as many of these compositions as you can, and eventually you can thin the collection to only the best.

I understand what you're doing with the theme, but I feel there are too many distractions in the photos to really have the impact you're looking for.

For example, the first photo I would have gotten rid of the light on the left in post.

The second photo, you are not square on with the door frame, if this was done purposely I'd rather it be more harsh of an angle, but from what I can tell you meant to be square with it and missed by a tad. Which is distracting to the eye.

And the third photo the wires at the top are very distracting, maybe compose the photo just below them. Or even a simple crop could have fixed that one.

Good subjects but all could use time being processed and developed so you could bring out the message the image is trying to send.
