colour processor buying info

Ok, i am trying to buy a colour processor off of a friend and i think looks good,it is a Ilford Cibachrome-A processor CAP-40.

I am going to use if for traditional photographs, flowers, landscapes, etc, and i was wondering if this was a good machine for a beginer like me!

also, can they handle RA-4 or do they use a diffrent set of chemicals?
