Columbia River Gorge

I went out to the Gorge this past Friday and was able to get these shots.
I live about 30 minutes from here and it is one of my favorite places to photograph, these falls are all located on the old Historic Columbia River Highway which was built around the turn of the century (early 1900's) and is deemed a National Historic Area. Here are a few of my favorite shots from Friday.

This was the first waterfall we stopped at, Sheppards Dell.

2nd stop, LaTourell Falls.

and our final stop. Wahkenah Falls.

and the most photographed waterfall in the Columbia Gorge. Multnomah Falls.

I was driving from Boise past I-84 today so I went by the gorge. Didn't have time to stop because I was hauling my ass trying to get to Cannon Beach for sunset. The sky was all clear with good sun and then just when I get to the beach.... CLOUDS EVERYWHERE!!!!! Should have stopped at the gorge instead
