Computer Crashed while running Lightroom,Now facing issues

Hey,
I was exporting some photos on lightroom when my computer crashed and after restarting. I tried to re-open Lightroom and was shown this


Is there any way to reload my old catalog?
Please help me out here

Try restarting your computer.

Try closing the process (clt alt delete)

My guess that there is a 'lock' file associated with the catalog.
LR makes that file just to signal the program that the catalog is in use.
Just look for a file in the same folder with the same name but a suffix of .lock or lok or something similar and delete it.

thanks for replying, deleteing the lock file helped! had to remove it from all catalogs

this 'lock' file is approximately the same mechanism used for a lot of apps.
