Can others edit my Photos
Photos NOT OK to edit
let me first say this, I know this is mostly based on original ideas and personal concepts. I am really moved by images that really make you think about what it means and whats the story behind it. Im just looking for inspiration or ways to get a better idea of how it works. I find it really hard to explain what I'm wanting but to get to the point, Id like to turn whats inside my head into a photograph but i feel like im not getting anywhere when i try.

can anyone help me find more information on how to get a better idea of how to carry out these kinds of projects?

Start by sketching out on paper what you think you want to do; try to get a basic idea from your head onto a piece of paper in front of you. Visualizing on actual paper can help you a great deal. With the freedom to make notes all over it as you go, it will let you rethink what works and what doesn't, plan your lighting and composition, and so forth - all on the fly without having to move light stands, have actual models move around, find and acquire props that you might decide in the end not to use, and so much more.

When your sketch finally fleshes out into the thing you really want to shoot, then you can use it as a blueprint to set it up with confidence. No doubt, you'll end up tweaking it more once you get it all in front of you in real-life-3D, but you'll be 99% there on the first go that way.

Actually, in the post right above this one about the "Shootapalooza," it's all about creating conceptual work. I even added images of pre-production sketches for what will eventually become photos. Plus there's a link to a blog in that post that spans 3 weeks of conceptualizing to executing fictional imagery.
