Did you use a tripod? Interesting color those phosphorus lights give...
Looks like someone did some donuts on the parking lot too.
I wonder if you could have panned down to concetrate on the texture more; the garage doors are distracting to me in your picture labeled concrete texture. Just my opinion though.

I like the night colours and the texture of the asphalt but something is missing. Perhaps a tired-looking figure slouching across the parking lot with a cigarette in his mouth? Well, you probably have ideas of your own.

edit: An alternative word for cigarette gets censored here.
