Confusion

I saw this bird at a rest-stop off the Garden State Parkway. It was there the entire time I was (about 20 minutes), staring at its own reflection in this car. It's a bit sad... anyone have an ID on the bird? Better yet, I just attempted to calibrate my monitor in sync with my Photoshop color setup. How do the colors look?
