I just wanted to say congrats to all you TPF Wildlife contributors. It took me awhile to really notice it in its entirety, but I've decided that you all are the nicest, most helpful contributors on these forums (at least from my experience). I just thought you should know.

I go to other areas of the forums and every photo gets mercilessly torn to shreds with little to none constructive criticism, more often due to people getting 100% caught up in the technical aspects. Here, I see photos good and "bad" all being commended on the effort first, and only then being gently critiqued with truly useful information. I suspect this is because we all recognize how difficult it can be to get a great wildlife shot. You may not agree, and thats fine, but I just wanted to tell you all how much I appreciate knowing that I can always come back to our sensible little corner of TPF every so often
