Thanks! It did look like a giant ad- or target... maybe a 3-leaf aperture? I had to pull over immediately when I saw it and huffed it on foot to a good vantage point. A Sheriff"s deputy pulled over and asked me what I was doing, and I only pointed, so he goes, "Oh. Huh..." and then left me alone, lol.
