Convert a print to a smaller size

I have an 11” x 14” print with no negative that I need printed as a 5” x 7” print. Where do I go to have that done?

(We have prints of our 7 grandkids on the same rocking horse. Two are 11x14 and the rest 5x7. We have down-sized and don’t have the wall space to hang them all with the 2 large ones)

Most printers ought to accommodate you. Perhaps you could also photograph the 11 x 14 print and have the digital file printed 5 x 7.
