converting ARW to DNG?

One of the inconveniences of Sony cameras is the ARW format. I've converted them before, but I've forgotten how. Adobe Digital Negative converter isn't working (can't find any 'valid" files).

Is there a decent converter? Does Photoshop CS5 mass convert that format?

Update; after a comical number of obstacles, I got the latest version of Adobe DNG converter to work.
