It gives you quick access to all sorts of admin tools... I mean EVERYTHING.

Here's what it looks like:

It creates a folder with shortcuts to pretty much every admin function you could hope for.

All it is bascially is your Control Panel functions all indexed in one spot.

Just a quicker way to access them. I tried this and deleted it a minute later as it's not really required.
