Cool app: SunSurveyor

Not plugging it, since I have no ties to the author...... just doing a quick review.

SunSurveyor...... a cool app I found that shows you the location of the sun & moon either on a compass or overlaid on Google Maps.

So FILM aficionados don't use 'techinical' gear. Got it.

Here's my point: Yes, the app uses electronics. But it's not JUST for those who use digital cameras. It can be used by ALL photographers, regardless of format and medium of choice. I never venture into the film forum because I don't shoot film. I'm sure there's film users that don't bother to venture into the digital forums because there's 'nothing there for them.' I guess those people will just miss out.
