Great photo! All I can hear is "Hey, Mr Wilson!" from the show Dennis the Mennis. Was the background really that green or did you bring the saturation up?

I brought it up a tad, it was at a Christmas tree farm so it was pretty green to start with. Thanks for the compliment.

Warm up the little guy, clean it up a little, and smart sharpen while he has nice skin still! ha

IMO, while the child is cute and the expression great, this falls down technically for a variety of reasons.
Much of the cheeks and forehead are devoid of color and texture because they are overexposed.
The top of his face is much brighter than the bottom which is an unhealthy tannish color.
There are magenta overtones in the space below his eyes and his lips are a color never seen naturally.
