rslt (I feel silly typing that, not knowing your name), I really like that top one a lot with its strong contrasts and sun(?) rays at the corner of the building.
The second one might be more interesting if it were cropped even more narrow vertically, using less of the cloud area.
Maybe a vertical 16:9 ratio?

Well done. #1 is my choice of the two. Great contrast and composition. #2 is really good as well with interesting lines and fantastic composition.
