Took this one at work. I was on my way to a meeting and stopped the truck to shoot this guy from my window.

I like the second shot. Exposure is hard with those bright colours. Although it's too bad that he has his leg sticking out like that.
The first shot... I don't like the composition. Would have been a lot better if the whole reflection was in the shot + more empty space to the left as the bird is now pretty much centered. The background is a pain too as the head really blends in with the rocks, would have been great if it was all water.

Just my 2 cents...

I felt like the best part of that 1st one was the reflection and i cut it off. Thanks for the C&C. The Flamingos are tough because they don't pose and it is difficult to isolate one from the groups. I'm learning patience and timing when it comes to these guys.
