From recent trip. First is a Florida Scrub Jay, very pretty and probably too friendly. It was added to the endangered list a few years ago. Second is a raptor known as a Crested Caracara. I find it comical as it looks like he has a bad wig. This one is listed as threatened. Bill

Ray, These 2 are from Merritt Island in Florida. There is a huge and terrific National Wildlife Refuge next to the Kennedy Space Center. Still going through photos from trip. Bill
Great images and tack sharp! Very nicely done! BTW, the Crested Caracara is quite tasty when oven baked with a plum sauce glaze. Just kidding.
