This is a very evocative image. You must have "crazy weather" in the head, haha, if you don't like this image. (Sorry about the bad joke.) It is somewhat reminiscent of the television series 'Carnivale' with its dusty, muted palette. I've never been to London, but I understand the weather there is often overcast, which must make some excellent photo-taking opportunities.

omally - yes it is overcast alot. Sometimes it makes for good photos, other times they are just drab and boring. Take the rough with the smooth and all that.
