The website was so slow I got tired of waiting for it to open for me.
Vibrant colors start with taking a good sharp photo in good light with a proper exposure.
From there it is a mix of color saturation, levels (black and white points), and contrast.
Or you can use programs that will give you vibrant colors with one click in both Lightroom and Photoshop.

Ill vouch for lightroom, its a nice tool to get your colors a bit more vibrant without being too messy.
lightroom 3 beta is available now for free if you wanna play with it.

The colors on the example site you posted are nothing special.
You should be able to get color like that easily.
Post some examples of photos where you are not happy with the color you achieved after giving it a go in Lightroom.
