Critical analysis of this image please...

I want to determine if the issue that I know exists with this image is obvious to other photographers, or if I have done a sufficiently good job of obfuscating it. I'm aware that there are some other issues, and they're not a concern right now, I just want to know if you can see the "one thing", and if you can, is it acceptable, or does it require further work.

The only thing that catches my eye is the background repeats a couple of times and looks like a separate background was shopped in about 3/4 up the image.

Edit. I now see shadows on all of the subjects to their right.

Most people are NEVER going to see the shadows so I wouldn't worry about them. The background "seams' I'd just blur a bit to make it less obvious.

Did I find it? Or do I keep looking. lol

Just seems rather dark, but then they're all in black/gray, and the carpet's brown... lol not much color there beyond skin tone.

I almost wondered about the subject in the middle, his shoulders are forward in front of the two on each side, but I can't tell if he was actually standing that much in front of the others or if he was added in post by chance later. I don't know, his outline seems a tad sharper or something, but maybe I'm looking too hard trying to find something!! lol

I don't think they're going to notice if we're playing Where's Waldo? trying to find it!

Left and right margins seem kind of tight, compared with the topspace. I see some flaws others have pointed out.

The toe is missing because the men on that side of the photo are closer to the camera which is a bit odd but not a critical issue. Looks like some cloning in the upper part of the background.

looking only on my phone but if you had just asked for c&c without the other info I would have only said the bottom right is too dark, otherwise looks good.

To me apart from what has already been said, the background looks a little patchy..

Guy first to the right of center with black & red tie and glasses ... glaring shiny spot on his head, it could be toned down by half or so and the exposure may be a hair too low but that may be a problem with my monitor instead. I did notice also the people to the right of the guy in center are progressively coming out further. I don't know if that's a concern of yours or not. It doesn't really bother me, it's just something I noticed. Looks pretty good overall.
