A good economical option to calibrate is a spyder3 (about $80 on amazon).

I noticed the fists too, i think she needs some help in loosening up, and once you're editing calibrated it will help. Otherwise good shots- shes going to be a beautiful lady!

Monitor calibration (sets brightness, color, contrast, etc.. to a standard, so that you see is the same as what other users with calibrated monitors see)

or you can buy a calibrating tool.. that measures the actual output from your monitor.. (and some even measure ambient light and other environmental issues that can affect viewing your monitor)... and it will either create a profile for your system, or allow you to modify settings to match one of several standards.
