Too much going on fighting for my attention and the subject isn't particularly interesting. Also too much burnt out highlights catch the eye.

some suggestions:

- try simplifying the number shapes - either all screws or all stars
- perhaps a wider subject, so there is a gradual fade out of focus - not subject/background
- throw some more dust on the picture! - its the most interesting detail
- can you catch a useful reflection in the stars?
