Howdy and welcome! I'll leave my comments here, since I don't usually go into the C&C, which is where the real critique is done. Lovely colors on the hibiscus. Two items off the top, framing and focus. The focus is a little off and the focal plane is a little shallow. You can add depth using f/8 or f/10 for your aperture, and that may also help with focus. With framing, try not to put everything smack dab in the middle, use the rule of thirds when possible. Take a larger area and then you can crop to adjust the composition to your liking.
