Hmph ---- weeeellllll.
Whose mood?
Slice of life of whom?

That person to the very, very, EXTREME right could stand for the mood/slice of life aspect, if only he weren't almost pushed out of the frame. I think this would be a great photo if he had only been JUST inside the red, erm, whatever-it-is-thing.
My thoughts (not even worth 2 cents...)

Hate to say this, but for my 2 cents worth I think the slice-of-life might be better if the dragons on top were cropped out. The way the photo is now, I don't know whether to look at the dragons or the street scene. But when I scroll the dragons off my screen, I really like the street scene.

For the title of the the ic you should have just got the dragons.

I agree with BLS on the cropping to get the mood.
