Curlew in the shallows

Not often seen and seldom heard - the elusive Curlew, seen here close in to where my hide was set up- quite a rare sight in the UK these days, I was thrilled to be able to capture this image and a bonus reflection too- not a lot I could do about the sky sadly - it is what it is

Thank you- Curlews are migratory, but are present all year in the milder climate of the British Isles and I live in the South west of the UK and see thee these almost daily
