D80 body for $325? Worth it?

I have an oppertunity to pick up a D80 body alone for $325, I'm looking for an extra camera that either I or my wife can use so we can explore photography together. I like the fact that the D80 has the focusing motor built into to body (feat. my D3000 doesn't have) but I would like opinions from expierianced photographers so I don't throw money out the window. Also is if it worth looking at, what are some things to look at when checking over the camera?

Looks like an average deal. Ebay shows em selling for around 300 a pop.

Most sell on ebay for $350-$400.

$325 is a good deal, and it's a very good camera for the $. The image sensor is, for all intensive purposes, the same one in your D3000, only the body it has an AF motor, better exterior controls, and more features. Hint: give your wife the D3000 and use the D80 yourself.

300-350 is average for a D80, however look into how much life the shutter still has... I am not 100% sure but I believe the D80 shutter life is around 50k, maybe a little more.
