Dallas Area Landscape Photo Ops

Hi Guys,

I'm going to be heading to Dallas for business for the next 10 days and thought I would take advantage and try to get some shots in. Does anyone from Dallas know where the good spots are? I have seen the usual on flickr of the Dallas skyline. It looks nice, but I am looking for something a bit different; more natural things. Any help would be appreciated!

It really depends on the weather. The temperature just droped from 80's to the 40's and the skys were all gray and nasty. But early in the morning and late in the evening here lately we have had some great skys. You can get a decent pano from the top of a hill near Hampton RD. and interstate 30. There is a park on the trinity river where you can see the skyline that is kind of different. Depending on which hotel or building you are working out of you can get some good views. Its really like a treasure hunt to find a different angle that someone else already doesnt have. Hope this helps!
