Interesting shot. I like the way that you chose to crop it.

I like the shot, I think there is just enough of the dreamy/flowing water for the B&W. I tend to go even slower with the shutter, but the shot works for what it is. Are there more "steps" above it, I can see a little water above, might try to get it on a day where things are just making it over all the levels, get more of a cascading feel to it.
