Good morning all. Just got my D60 and this was one of the first shots I took while playing around with it. The DOF is off a little, could have gone down a couple stops, but whatever.



Shot with a Nikon D60 w/ kit 18-55mm @ 55mm, f/5.6.

I'm not a fan of the middle composition. And maybe more focus on the middle.
Nice exposure though and some nice brokeh, its not too green blobish.

Ya, the composition needs work. Haven't shot SLR in years so I really wasn't paying attention to composition. Too many buttons at that point.

Really, this was simply a test shot before I even read the manual. More to see the detail I could get and the brokeh I'd get at f/5.6.
