I like that the leaves in her hand are slightly OOF, because it causes them not to be a distraction away from the girl.

I guess I'm in the minority. I would have stopped the lens down, and re-cropped.

I agree with Early. I think the photo is beautiful as is, but my eyes were drawn to her face immediately but then drawn away to the leaves instead because the DOF on the leaves is a little distracting to me.
