A dark, moody take at Elgol's shore, taken during one of the Workshops I led on the Isle of Skye in Scotland last spring. Leica SL, Voigtlander 15mm and Formatt-Hitech Firecrest filters.

Very nice! I really like how this image maintains a tremendous amount of detail throughout the tonal range without drawing the highlights up too high.

Very nice. I like the B&W conversion and how the shoreline carries the viewer's eye through the picture.

    In a word Vieri 'Stunning'

Sadly right now we don't need B&W to see skies that colour, but the balance in your image is great. :encouragement:

Thank you very much WesternGuy, glad you liked the composition and the conversion :)

Thank you very much indeed PJ! I see your point about the colour of the sky being nearly B&W these days - not too good for the soul, perhaps, but wonderful for photography! :D

    Best regards,

    Vieri
