Just off Hwy 126 - Florence/Eugene Hwy, West Oregon. Fog was just lifting ....

The Siuslaw River (pronounced sigh-YOU-slaw) , apprx. 110 miles long, along the Pacific coast of Oregon in the United States. It's pretty scenic down near tidewater. Loads of those old pilings are left in the river, remnants of intense logging of the area in the 1910's through 1940's. They still raft up some decent sized log rafts on the lower river. Logging is still pretty big business down there. NICE SHOT man!!! When I was in college, I used to go by there monthly or so, on my way to Florence.
