Yes, a girl I dated briefly last year. Very professional image as usual with excellent lighting and exposure. Envious because I always have a hard time myself getting the exposure right when shooting Black girls. Only nit and not the photographer's fault . I just wish she had (her own) real hair.

Great exposure. I also like the skin is not over softened. Very nice picture. I have to say I always look forward to your photos and not always because of the subjects but that make it nice. But I like to see what setting your shooting at and how you position them to the light source.

Thank you! I tend to be very minimalistic. A single light (45" shoot through umbrella) and a little ambient backlight here.

That is another thing I really like about your photos Trever1t you lighting is so good with out having to set up a whole studio of lights. You really have nailed the natural light and pretty much a single light fill in.

I'm not a fan of the exposed drywall in the background, but everything else is excellent.

The only thing that bugs me is on her right hand, there's a spot on her knuckle. Other than that it is a great photo!

A few things for C&C, if I may...
Someone mentioned the hand and I have to say, it is a bit distracting. On my monitor, the image is taller than the screen and it looks better to be, when it's scrolled down and the bright hand is out of view.

The second thing is that her eyes look too dark. I get that they are dark, but I think that lightening them up a little in post, would be worth the time & effort. Also, the catch lights are a bit small.
