Are you wanting C&C? I'll offer my initial impressions if that's ok and these are only my opinions.

Awkward frame, pose and expression. I may have stepped back and taken more of her into the frame for some sort of context. If a headshot was the intended goal then perhaps not having her arch her head as such and add a mischievous smile, it just looks uncomfortable to me as is.

Lighting is ok as far as angle but perhaps slightly higher, then again the pose could adjust for that.

She's a beauty and I'd like to see more of your work with her!

It's a nice enough shot! I like the second without the sharpening. I agree that the pose is a little unnatural.
