Here's a sunrise at Rowena Crest in Oregon. I focus stacked and exposure blended here.

The scene wasn't incredibly exciting to shoot, but the simplicity of the shot has grown on me a little bit.

Something super weird. I just cropped to taste for the scene.

Since there is not much going on in the sky I would probably raise the horizon and show more foreground. This also makes it so your horizon is not dead center which is usually not vary appealing.

My reasoning for the crop was the simple profession through the image

Flowers > sun > cloud

Something like I attached is a more traditional approach but there wasn't enough going on in the sky to warrant it IMO.
