I have the series up to about 8 or 9. Loved the first 4 or 5 but found it just got drawn out. Kind of like the Sword of Truth series. Which I prefer more.

As for lighting I'm going to go with two salamanders - a large one on the right as the main light and a smaller one on the left - both most likely diffused using Gary Fong diffusion gear stuffs
