I like it. Too few people do this sort of scenic in bw anymore. My only quibble is that it might have been better either to include the entire shadow, or crop closer to remove more of it.

Very nice and quite dramatic landscape. Looks like you capture yet another piece of rock AA missed.:thumbup:
I think that a bit wider format, including that shadow, but also showing a bit more of that mighty background. Also I was thinking, that shot done with the sun behind the photographer would show better the detail of the arch and take the problem of the shadow "out if the picture" .
In any case, welcome to the TPF and show us more.

Ysarex - I will work on the noise. It's a medium format scan so there may be some grain in there as well.

TiltShift - It was shot with B&W film, so no color option available. Thanks.
