The picture was taken at a deserted beach resort in Austria at the Neusiedler Lake in fall. It was really cold and windy, so nobody was really daring to take a swin.

This may be a little too minimalist, if that isn't a contradiction in terms. I think you need something to balance the railing. The right half of the image might actually work better than the whole thing. Did you take other shots in this area? I'd be interested to see how else you tried to frame this.

The little hole on the left side should balance this.

I have aonther one, which is even more minimalistic It is called "Us" and it's dedicated to my love.

This new one you posted is better than the first. The fact that one post is leaning on the other makes it work.

The hole on the left in the first is just not big enough, imo, even though it does have more "weight" because it is dark.

On the first one I like the minimalist look, perhaps try burning parts of it to make it more punchy?
