Sorry, I can see you're looking for some input, but there really isn't much to say. It's way too dark and doesn't have a subject to focus on. I'm not sure which is worse, no critique or bad critique.

Well, the picture lacks any impact IMO. No any dramatic light or interesting angle, no "something". Empty trees under full overcast are really dull subject in general.

I didn't offer comments at first because I'm still learning so much, especially about composition. I pretty much agree with timor though. I wonder what a closeup of the foreground tree closest to the road would have looked like, since it still has some leaves fighting to maintain their grip. Lower angle might have looked better too, closer to the ground and shooting up.

You might have tried the classic empty road shot as well. Or maybe waited for a car passing into the background. A little motion blur with receding taillights might have been interesting.
