This image is really cool. I like the gradient of tonality from top to bottom along with the subtlety and the shapes that the ripples in the water create.

Excellent use of DoF as well. The way the sticks fade into the water is a very interesting compositional choice that I think adds to the image a lot.

That being said, you may want to clean up the dust spots a bit. They don't bring much to the table aesthetically.

I afree with W.Y. Bautiful shot and the tones are just amazing. Clone the dust in the water and it will be perfect.
