if you thinking of upgrading your computer, and you can buy a new monitor on en.ofweek.com . Is there any real difference between a full HD TV and a full HD monitor, apart from the fact that the TV can show the TV? Will buying a TV and plugging it to a computer be the same as a monitor?
This is a question you need to consider

Well yes and no, you need to be sure when you purchase the TV that it has a VGA input and what resolution it's capable of handling - VGA is preferable to HDMI in this regard, though you can get higher resolutions with HDMI it really doesn't work that well for clear, readable text so I'd stick with VGA. I'd recommend something capable of 1920x1080, on a TV much less than that and the screen size is really not all that workable. I use a 39" TV for my main monitor connected to the VGA port and a second 32" TV for a secondary monitor which is connected HDMI. Since my second screen is mostly used for watching movies the text being less clear on HDMI really isn't much of a concern, I also have a TV tuner card in my machine so I can watch TV on the second monitor, record TV shows, etc. Works very well, very happy with the setup over all.

Hmmmmm.....
