Difficulty winding on Hasselblad 500c/m

Hello all, I purchased a Hasselblad 500c/m a few months ago. Put a few rolls through it and found it to be difficult to wind the film both on the magazine crank, and the main advance knob. The camera body is an early 80's model according to the serial number and the magazines are both a12's from around the same time. I was just wondering if this would be an easily addressed problem that I could fix myself. Also, there seems to be streaks on the negatives that run vertical on the left and right.
