Dig photo album/book help

Hi everyone. Newbie to the site.

I am a Macbook user and have pictures from multiple trips. I like to convert each to a digital album, designed like a photobook with backgrounds and texts and ..., and also be able to share it with my friends. It would be nice if I could make the photo album an interactive one in the sense that you could click to see different pages or zoom in/out (like a flipbook I guess).

What do you suggest I do? I found some websites that sell you this service and ultimately you might have to use their website to host the albums online. I like to be able to download those files and also like it to be free
