Digital Camcorder Wide angle lens question..

i rollerblade and im looking for something good durable, but cheap and reliable, so tell which one would be a better buy, and let me kno if the one on the right will fit on to a 52mm thread without vineering or however u say it because it says 58mm but my camera is 52mm thanks
