Dilapidated building

Looking for feedback and critique of these photos from today. I'm a beginner and have a ton to learn, so lay it on me.

Story behind the building:

Was riding my motorcycle through the countryside when I came across this place. Also chatted with the landowner was who totally cool with me taking the pics.

Short story: this land has been in his family since the 1800's and his grandkids are the 7th generation on this land - about 400 acres. The house in question hasn't been livable in 30 years, but in the past was used to house ranch hands when the land owners did a lot of farming.
