As a person who used to worry about any slight piece of dust or smear on the front element of my lens, this article was a revelation! I just can't believe how little these things actually matter. This article highlights this fact.

I've seen this article before, definitely a good one!

It didn't stop me from keeping my lenses clean, or protecting my front elements.... but it's nice to know you don't have worry so much about little bits of whatever here and there during a shoot.

I've read that too. Although true, keeping your equipment in great condition will ensure great resale value down the road.
