Do you know

[KmH]

TPF provides each member an place to populate their own Ignore List, under the Forum Actions heading (General Settings) at the top of each page?

I never let a filter out what I can myself. If I start reading something that I don't like I stop. That is just me though. I value my own time. However, for some I can see this as a GREAT tool. Thank you very much for pointing this out.

Most forums have this feature.

One downside is if someone quotes a member on your Ignore List, it will appear in the post.

Yep! It is an imperfect world we live in, and the majority of the forum's visitors, non-members, don't have access to a place to make their own list.

It IS free to sign up =) These non members should sign up, populate thier list and continue to enjoy =)

What am I missing Keith? I assume this isn't just a public-service announcement...

[KmH]

Yes, it is a public service message in light of some recent threads that had obvious personality clashes.

Non-members generally don't stick around long enough to find out who the a-holes are.

This message is hidden because KmH is on your ignore list.

Well poop. If only KmH weren't on my IGNORE LIST!!!

Just kidding, you aren't.
