Does a bear....?

Yes. Yes he does.

On my first backpacking trip ever (last weekend), we saw a lot of signs of bears-- overturned rocks, a scratched up tree, this *so fresh it was almost steaming* gift on the trail-- but we didn't see (or hear) any bears. Of course, the only way I could sleep at night was to listen to my Ipod because my tentmate's snoring sounded just like a bear coming to eat me...

Bonus if anyone can figure out what this guy actually was eating

Ha. If any of us got eaten by a bear, the tentmate would be the last one-- he's too scrawny. The bear would go for someone meatier than that
