does anyone know how to make the file size of a picture smaller in order to upload the picture onto TPF!?

If you have a JPEG file you can use alot of the stuff already out there such as Microsoft office Picture Viewer, then File, Export then "Export Using this Size" and make a selection
Or Picture, Resize to resize it exactly how you want it.

Sometimes just do a File, Save As will give you options like that too in some software.
