I pretty much work as required which needs the odd one or two like I have tonight on a 9 till 7:30 tonight which has totally screwed my body clock. Especially cos I started off this week on dayshift. Luckily my hours are up now for the week.

Way back in the day I had a job at a sugar refinery that rotated shifts weekly during the 6 months or so the factory made sugar:
Days
Swing
Graveyard

It sucked because a person's circadian rhythm was constantly out of whack.

I did, for the last 14 years. 9pm - 5am. Slept all day. Totally screwed up my body time, and any relationships. Great for single folks, terrible for family guys.
